The GreenAL Program Chart serves as a comprehensive and flexible guide that presents the main elements of the project and aims to provide clear guidance to target groups and stakeholders regarding:
1) Priority areas of intervention
2) The typology of financial support provided
3) Opportunities for networking
4) Communication elements that need to be addressed during project implementation.
This document may be updated periodically to reflect new developments, challenges encountered, and opportunities identified. These updates may affect the proposed approaches and estimated dates of various project activities, and the revised GreenAL Program Chart will reflect these changes.
Accompanying this Program Chart are:
Annex 1: A compilation of the three reports created by the project partners with outputs from the roundtables and meetings held with various organizations and stakeholders. This report also presents the key issues each stakeholder believes need to be addressed in their respective region. These findings are based on the framework laid out in the GreenAL Program Chart.
Annex 2: A mapping of environmental organizations and initiatives in the Western Balkans and beyond, as well as the connection of these initiatives with the context of environmental challenges, determining their possible impact. This mapping follows the guidelines of the Program Chart and assesses the influence of each initiative.
Annex 3: A compilation of additional documents provided directly by the stakeholders met through the meetings conducted by Program Chart partners. This information is meant to orient any person/CSO interested in cooperation towards the main topics of interest of these local stakeholders.
The database of local CSOs contains all the pinpointed national CSOs, their current contact information, and their main focuses. This database, compiled as part of the GreenAL Program Chart, has been provided to better orient any CSOs looking to create partnerships, to provide local contact points for different regions, etc.
