On May 9, Co-PLAN held a round table in Elbasan District within #GreenAL!
Representatives of the district, the Municipality of Belsh and civil society organizations took part here
Some of the most urgent environmental issues in this district identified by the participants are:
Cleaning the water of Lake Belsh to increase the tourism potential of the area and increase community awareness of this issue
- Damage to the forests and biodiversity of the area
- Urban waste management in rural areas and protected areas
- Consequences of HPPs on biodiversity.
